Smaller pot...
1. Base paint a clay pot white.
2. Using an orange paint coat the rim of the pot
(it may take several coats).
3. To avoid smearing the paints allow the orange
paint to dry before adding the yellow stripe.
4. Paint the yellow stripe a little more than half
way down the pot and allow to dry.
Larger pot...
1. Base paint a clay pot black and let dry.
2. Lightly write with a pencil where you want to
put the lettering and the candy corns.
3. With fine tip fabric paint add candy corn
designs and lettering. The lettering was done
by writing part of each letter with one color
at a time.
